A 30 Hour Longcase
The movement and dial of a thirty hour longcase. This one is chain driven, but we are quite familiar with rope driven longcases and can supply and fit new ropes if required.

A New Pivot. A Broken Pivot Repaired
This is a common problem with many old movements, both longcase and others. The repair is simple but it must be accurate to ensure the long term smooth running of the clock and good timekeeping.

We restore eight day and thirty hour longcases, with either painted or brass dials. We also have experience with date or calendar wheels, rolling or penny moon dials and various forms of automata.
